When driving into Athens in the summer, it's a convenient place to stop by, take a break, and relax by the sea, without straying too far from the highway. There are some nice cafes on the beach. Prices are reasonable, and there's no entrance fee.

We stopped by on our way from Thessaloniki to Meteora. We were very pleased. There's a parking area near the beach. There are also shaded areas at the back of the beach.

The sea is definitely not as beautiful as Makri, there is no toilet, only a filthy piece of junk that is impossible to enter, you can't even pass by it, one of the cabins is broken and neglected.

The most beautiful beach in the region, clear, cold, suitable for families, quiet, usually busy with Balkan tourists in season

Although crowded, it's a very cute beach. Located close to the road and surrounded by trees, the fine sand makes it suitable for families with children.
