I liked Akyaka Beach. You can rent sun loungers and umbrellas at affordable prices. While the beach is a paradise during the day, it turns into a cafe at night. The beach is very enjoyable day and night. There are so many places to visit around this beach. A day or two is enough. Then, be sure to visit the surrounding bays. With love and best regards....

?️ Beach & Sea:

(?Azmak Boat Tour 150 TL per person? Akyaka Public Beach is free / 2 sunbeds + 1 umbrella = 300 TL / Parking 400 TL? Food prices at Akyaka beach restaurants are the same as in the city centers, prices are not exaggerated or different (I only liked this one)? Popular for windsurfers

In other words, everywhere in Akyaka has become a profit; getting in is 400 TL by car. It's a shame. Parking shouldn't be this expensive. The city is so small, narrow, and crowded. There's no room for cars, so they exploit people's inevitability for commercial gain. The Azmak River and Akyaka Beach are side by side. You can even cross the first section of the Azmak River, the swampy part, via the wooden bridge at the end of the Azmak River. Understand this: the beach is divided into two. If you don't cross the bridge and continue straight, the public beach is the part. The left side, where the Azmak River ends and the cafes are, where you cross the bridge, is definitely not this kind of beach. It was so unusual, so shallow. Even after 400 meters, the water was still knee-deep. It was incredibly murky, and they were swimming in the mud. I couldn't believe how many comments and compliments it received. As for the public beach, if you go straight ahead without crossing the bridge, you will reach the public beach. It is not a beach in the grass, but it is like the apocalypse. There is mud, toilets, and bathroom lines, people are all in rows, it smells like the apocalypse. The crowd that comes in just sits and watches. It was the worst beach I have ever been to in my life. I will never go to the beach part again.

Akyaka district Transportation & Parking:
On weekends and during the summer months, there's a significant traffic jam at the entrance to Akyaka. Finding a parking space in the city center is very difficult, but there are paid parking lots (60 TL per hour, then 90 TL). Arriving early in the morning will give you the advantage of both parking and peace of mind. Arrive early otherwise, you'll be left stranded in the middle of nowhere. You might drive around 10 times and still struggle to find a spot, and you'll be a nervous wreck in the heat and chaos (even in the parking lot). There may be traffic police checks along the way, so it's best to pay attention to speed limits. Just be aware that if you park on the side of the road and outside the yellow lane, the gendarmerie will immediately issue a ticket. However, you can park your car as long as it doesn't obstruct vehicle traffic, without violating the yellow lane.

The water is buzzing. If you don't like cold water, this won't appeal to you at all. But if swimming and cooling off in cold water is good for you, this is the place for you. Diving in and out of the rapids can be therapeutic. The cold currents in the sea can sometimes cause a sudden shock.

It's a very beautiful beach. We were here in early August, so it wasn't very busy during the busy season, so it wasn't overly crowded. The water is crystal clear in the mornings, but it gets a little rough towards evening, but it's not a big deal. The sea is shallow and deepens after a long walk. There's a mosquito problem in the area, so I recommend bringing some supplies. There's plenty of space on the beach, so we didn't pay for it because we were hotel guests. Swimming with the stunning mountain views is truly wonderful, and the sunset is a truly stunning sight.

A beautiful, clean, and naturally beautiful Blue Flag beach. The sand is fine, and the water is a bit chilly. Definitely a must-see in the morning, as it gets extremely crowded after about 11:00 a.m., with no room to move. If you're planning to rent a sunbed, even if you rent the one at the front, your view will be completely blocked by people bringing camping chairs and umbrellas, leaving you with virtually no view of the sea. There are free showers and changing cabins. And if you're there, I definitely recommend swimming with the flow in Azmak Creek, a 5-10-minute walk away, and taking a boat tour. It feels like an ice bath.
