Driving is prohibited; you have to leave your car at the entrance and walk. We went there this time because the first bay was closer. There was plenty of shade from the trees, but previous visitors had left their trash. There are no facilities at the first bay; it's best to bring water and other items. It's calm, and the sea was beautiful.

It's a stunning bay, with stunning scenery and a stunning blue sea. However, after stopping at a designated location, you'll need to descend the hill. It's recommended for sightseeing and swimming. There are numerous underground cold waters at the entrance to the sea.

It's a perfect spot for those who enjoy uninhabited coves. Take a short walk to the second cove. Sometimes there are a lot of boats and yachts, but it's perfect for a quiet swim. The water is a bit colder than other coves. You might encounter sea turtles while swimming. Don't worry, they're harmless. Grab your chair and a drink and enjoy. It's a 10-15-minute descent, followed by a climb back up the cove, but it's worth it.

Mersin has some of the coldest water in the world. It's likely fed by groundwater. Forest and sea are intertwined. It's a magnificent natural wonder. They've closed off vehicle access. You have to carry your belongings 300-400 meters. As in every beautiful place, unfortunately, people here are very insensitive. They've left their trash and left.

It's 60 km from the city center, but believe me, it's a wonderful place worth every step. A magnificent cove hidden among the rocks... You swim where freshwater meets saltwater, the fresh water emerging right below you. Nature, forest, and sea have truly come together, creating a captivating landscape.

I don't recommend it for non-swimmers, as the depth can increase quickly. You park your car at the top, then it's a bit of a challenging hike, but eventually you reach a paradise-like spot.

Make sure to bring food and drinks with you, as there are no amenities like markets or sunbeds. And please bring trash bags; don't leave your trash in the wild.

Enjoy the silence, cleanliness and nature.
Have a good swim and a pleasant holiday everyone!

Note: Weekdays are quieter than weekends.
