Just 1.5 hours from Istanbul, this is the best beach for swimming. Entry is free, but you can rent a sunbed and umbrella if you like. Two sunbeds cost 500 TL, but I don't know if the umbrella is included. The front areas are reserved for those who don't rent sunbeds, which is a good thing. The sea is shallow and more suitable for families with children, and the water temperature is pleasant, not cold. It's best to go early on weekends; it gets very crowded after 1 p.m. Parking is available in the side streets nearby, and the nearby kiosks and cafes are reasonably priced.

The sea was truly beautiful. It wasn't too wavy. Interestingly, there were small crabs in the water, as well as fish, and since I was wearing goggles, I could see them easily.
As they say, sunbeds cost 700, lodges 3000. It's the same price in Ayvalık right now. Frankly, I found it expensive for a beach on the Black Sea.
I think the prices for showers, cabins, and toilets are ridiculous. A half-hour drive to the Kandıra coast offers all the amenities for 300 TL. Some coves, like Sardala, are even more pristine and beautiful.
It was a nice experience, although I don't recommend it if you're coming from far away.

Clean beach, sand is also nice but walking is quite difficult.
We went during the week and were able to find a spot easily. We did not choose to rent sun loungers, we had a pleasant time closer to the sea with our own umbrella and straw beach cover.
The sun loungers were a bit far from the sea. Frankly, there were no toilets nearby, and the municipality's social facilities charged 30 TL to non-customers.

Before going to the sea, you should check if there is any ban by the Şile district governorship. The beach is very long and wide. There is a municipality facility, but parking is 300 TL, a set of sunbeds is 800 TL, which I think is too high. The back of the beach is near the park Migros. The sea is sandy but it is wavy, there is a current, so you should not go too far. The water is cold.

The beach is beautiful and kept clean by the staff. There's a municipality social center behind, and Migros and other markets are nearby. The 50 TL charge for showers and cabins, and 20 TL for toilets, is ridiculous. Maybe it's to keep it clean, but these should be free at a public beach!
Parking is 300 TL, if you go on a weekday you can find parking on the side streets.
I also want to point out that the beach boards are ridiculous, making them very difficult for people with disabilities! There's no continuity to them; they've been removed in the middle of the road! Thankfully, the cafe staff were very helpful.
2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella cost 800 TL!
The tulle places they call lodges are 3000 TL, it's a scam!
The good things are that the beach is clean, there are many lifeguards on duty, and they warn people with megaphones if they see something dangerous, the sea is generally clean, there is a lot of seaweed in some places, but the sea was clean enough to see the sand, the waves were low when we went, the sun is very strong, so never forget your sunscreen.
