Even though we arrived at 10 a.m., we couldn't get close to the sea because of the tents. Even though it was a public holiday and we thought it would be so crowded, it was a beach we never considered going to again. The sea was clean, but swimming was impossible due to the crowds. Furthermore, it was choppy the day we went. I had no idea how all those vehicles would evacuate in an emergency on such a narrow road.

Şile is one of the few places with low waves. The sea is clean and light. My spot is a public beach, and since it's a weekend, it's crowded. It's a great place for families. There's a private beach further on. The entrance fee is 300₺ per person, including sun loungers and umbrellas. Toilets and showers are available.

Akçakese Beach is a true hidden paradise! Crystal clear waters, soft sand, and peaceful nature...

A great escape for those who want to relax for a day.

?️ But please! Leave as you came... Do not leave your trash in nature, let's protect its beauty together.

? Let both our souls and nature rest…

It says Akçakese public beach is free but the city's old guards have turned the place into a paid area and this is very annoying. The municipality or the police should take action on this issue and there are no precautions in the name of security.

It's a wonderful place. Please don't litter the area; the sea and sand are wonderful. There are stairs at the end of the beach, and I recommend taking photos there. (Non-swimmers shouldn't swim near the rocks; there's a rip current. It took three of us to rescue a one-pound woman.) It's a free beach.
