Even though it was a market, it wasn't very crowded. The beach is pebbly; you can enter with shoes or flip-flops. It's not a very long beach. While the sand isn't as much as regular beaches, there's enough beach for children to play. If you go under the rocks, you can be protected from the sun without an umbrella. You can park your car close to the shore and watch the sea, then take the path down to the beach. The sea was very clean but a little wavy. There's a free toilet 50 meters away. You can also get tea and toast at the Kırhathane in the village square at 100 meters. You can buy your needs from the Tekel shop.
It's a great place for those sweltering in the heat and looking to escape to somewhere nearby. Yes, there's a bit of a seaweed smell, but you get used to it after a while. :) I liked it; it's my first time. If you continue from Mudanya, you'll see the sign for Kumyaka. The road splits in two ahead. If you continue right and turn, you'll see it.
It's a place we've loved visiting for two years. Unfortunately, the government has intervened, turning the beautiful area into a paid parking lot, with buoys strung along the edges, forcing people to use the parking lot. It's a shame, I wish they'd bothered to improve the area before they could build a parking lot.
Trilye is a wonderful place! Unfortunately, you can't swim in the sea here. It's all rocky and dirty, and there are no umbrellas or sun loungers.
It's a small area and a bit rocky. But the weather is lovely. We should grab a chair and a table and have breakfast. There's less sun before noon, and it's quiet.
