An extraordinarily bad hostel. If you want to ruin your vacation, come here. It's beyond awful... Ms. Rojda, leave this alone. It's not for you... I might even have caught a virus from this hotel...

First of all, thank you very much to Mr. Evren and Mr. Özgür for making us feel like we were at home. We came with my wife and we were very pleased. It was clean, friendly, very close to everything. We definitely recommend it. This was the first time we stayed in a business on Avsa Island that we were so pleased with. Everything was great. Thank you again.

Mr. Evren and Mr. Özgür were very attentive. Even though it was my first time in Avşa, I didn't feel at all out of place. It was such a great experience, thank you for everything :)

The place is so disgusting and the managers are so indifferent that I can't even begin to describe it, but I'll show you the photos one by one. Check them all out. This apartment building, run by Rojda Aydemir, was the worst place I've ever stayed in. I've stayed many places before. Moreover, there was zero solution or attention. For a few hours while we were there, women went door to door looking for cutting knives, and there were no kitchenware whatsoever. You can tell by looking at the comments that the reviews were made by relatives and friends because their only comments were for this place. We paid a deposit for 3 nights, burned 2 of them, and left immediately. The manners and the disgrace of the place we stayed in are indescribable. The hot water didn't run, the light bulbs didn't work, the television was out of date, the window was broken, and even funnier, the bed base was held on with a tag. Isn't there even duct tape? The room is less than 10 square meters. We were told, "I reserved the day for you at a special price. You can't stay without paying for the full 6 days," and they didn't even say, "What's your problem? Let's solve it." Even worse, in memory of the advantageous price he said, we stayed at a family-run hotel for 5 nights and 6 days, including breakfast. The same price. "We have a small child, let's find a place suitable for him so he can be comfortable," I said on the phone, "Don't worry," and we went up four flights of stairs, the top floor was cramped. So, friends, I would say, pay close attention to who's making the comments. There are no plates, no forks. We went downstairs and bought plastic from the supermarket. There's nothing to even heat food; the ones that are filthy are filthy. There's a cupboard, but it has no door, no hanger, no shelf. The mirrored dresser has a broken drawer. The water leaks like a trickle. The balcony is for one person. I especially don't want to talk about the door and security. Anyone who's smart wouldn't put their wife or daughter to bed; the hinge holding the door shakes every time it's closed or opened. I swear, if someone wanted to enter the room at night, it wouldn't take a minute. He booked me the worst room because I trusted him and sent my deposit two months ago. Believe me, most of the people who stayed were very unhappy, but they just kept quiet, saying, "Let's not cause any trouble." Believe me, it will be a very unpleasant holiday and you will be extremely unhappy. If you raise a problem, you will be met with extremely rude and rude behavior. Just saying. I'm attaching photos and videos for everything. You can decide for yourself. I've shared 50 photos of every problem, including the (lack of) furniture, the disgrace of the refrigerator, the door security, the window banging all night, the missing bulb, the broken drawer—all with videos and photos. Think carefully before you move. Remember, your money will be wasted anyway, because you're not dealing with anyone respectful or knowledgeable about solutions. But let the owner of this apartment know wholeheartedly that I curse my personal money every day. If no one remains silent when they're wronged, these people will get the points they deserve.

First of all, I'd like to thank Mr. Evren and Mr. Özgür for their attentiveness and care. My family and I felt very safe. They immediately responded to any questions we had. We were very pleased with the hotel's cleanliness, hygiene, spaciousness, and location. Its proximity to the sea, the market, and other attractions didn't tire us at all; being able to walk everywhere was a huge advantage throughout our stay. I'll be returning to this hotel for years to come.
