Excellent facilities (restrooms every 200 meters, wheelchair-accessible ramps, trash cans, free showers every 100 meters, and lifeguards). The beach is clean and well-maintained, with stunning views. The municipal government's management deserves to be considered one of the best examples not only for Sicily but for the entire country. This is how public interest is managed: making swimming accessible, free, and of high quality. Hats off! In the mornings, the sea is clear and pleasant, the waves are light despite the strong north wind, and the beach is pleasant thanks to the presence of small pebbles instead of sand. The only drawback, and we certainly can't fault the area's management, is that in the afternoons—under certain sea and weather conditions—wastewater from the Strait of Messina can wash up on the shore, spoiling the experience and making it less enjoyable. This beach, which isn't very crowded, is easily accessible by train from Messina, Catania, and Syracuse (the station is 100 meters from the sea). It is well-deserved of its Blue Flag award.

First and very important,... endless free parking (we will also have a bit more shade when the seaside plants grow a bit more)... second, endless sandy beach with showers and recycling bins... third, crystal clear sea (blue flag)... Summary: comfortable, economical, clean, tidy, gorgeous... pure relaxation... look at the photos... they speak for themselves, sun?

Beautiful pebble beach, clear, cool water, uncrowded, and ideal for swimming. Interestingly, due to its location in a spa area, bubbles rise from the seabed like an aquarium. It's worth a visit.
