We were there in August, and the beach was clean (water and sand). Access needs improvement. We went down the stairs near the Daia Hotel, and to be honest, the impression this area gives is disgraceful: dirty stairs, littered with paper, plastic waste, etc. They need to be more careful with maintenance and improve the inspection of these areas. It's the first thing beachgoers see.

Beautiful beach, great for walking. Needs showers and better amenities, and available parking is insufficient.

Very nice beach with some drawbacks: We always come down the stairs at the restaurant "El Mirador." They're steep and only suitable for people with good walking skills. The beach is very deep and wide at low tide; at high tide, it reaches the stairs and the rocks, so it's nonexistent. I've never observed how long it takes... The beach itself is very beautiful and several kilometers long. There's no lifeguard tower or lifeguard service at this point, and no showers either. In the off-season, you have the area to yourself, along with about 10 other people. The temperature in September/October varies from very cool to pleasantly refreshing and good for swimming. The waves are shallow on some days; we experienced one as high as about 2.30 meters. The cliffs are half-heartedly secured and will eventually crash down. While we were there, a few small pieces came loose. Dogs run around freely, and there's a bit of trash lying among the rocks, probably washed up rather than thrown there. We had the impression that people treat this piece of land with care. Not a single cigarette butt was in sight. A little further on, campers had the option to park. The closer you get to Conil, the more people there are, including some fishermen. There are beach bars, which we didn't try.

Very beautiful, fine sand, not too crowded on the west end. Delicious food at Chiringuito El Roqueo Playa. There's a great view from the Mirador, and there's a large parking lot just across the street.

A beautiful beach at the end of a long stretch of Atlantic Ocean. Due to the tide, the ocean recedes 60-70 meters in the afternoon, increasing the width of the beach. The water was cool in early February, but I swam in the ocean, which was very enjoyable.
