The beach is beautiful, the water is mostly clear. However, around 2-3 pm, the dirt starts to come in. It disappears by evening. This doesn't stop many people from swimming, so we leave. This year, the sunbeds are 10 GEL. More accurately, one sunbed and one area are 10 GEL, and the second sunbed is 10 GEL. I recommend getting a sunbed around 9-10 am, when there are fewer people and you can choose a more suitable spot. Then, you can leave your towel, go to breakfast/lunch/your room, and return. The sunbed is yours until sunset. I recommend special slippers for the pebbles, which you can buy here. The entrance to the sea is steep and deepens suddenly at one point. There are many cafes and restaurants to suit different tastes and budgets.

Kvariati village is located between the villages of Gonio and Sarpi, near the Turkish border. It's a beautiful, wide beach with pebbles along the shore and sand further down. When the sea isn't calm, waves lift the sand and wash it ashore. Also, a mountain river flows into the sea not far from here. The sea is colder near the shore, and you can sometimes see debris in the form of sticks and other debris. The internet is full of ads about the cleanest sea in Kvariati. I've personally found this to be untrue. You can swim in a relatively clear sea in the morning, and then... your swimsuits are ruined.

Beautiful beach. Sun loungers are everywhere. It only costs 10 GEL. There are free changing rooms and showers. There are a few cafes. We took a taxi back and forth, but we couldn't find a restroom. There are very few trash cans. The water is clear and warm. There were no waves. The entrance to the sea is very calm. There are far fewer people than in Batumi. The mountain views are magnificent.

This beach, between Batumi and Sarpi, is the best I've seen on the Black Sea coast. It's quite large, and the beach and sea are pristine. You can buy bagels and fruit from street vendors. You can rent a sunbed for 5 lari and an umbrella for 10 lari. The water was also very pleasant. You can park your car in a spot across from the beach, but a gentleman will come and ask for 5 lari. :) Overall, you'll be satisfied.
