The sea water is amazing, legendary, but the inside is completely rocky. Don't come without sea shoes. I came with slippers, your feet slip. Just so you know, the beach is rocky. To get here, you come on a dirt road for an average of 12.15 kilometers. 9 kilometers of this is going down the mountain road. If you are not an experienced driver, don't come. I don't recommend it. If your car is manual, fix it in 2nd gear, go down slowly, it is better to be careful.
My friend and I chose to camp, but our vacation didn't turn out as we expected. The road to the bay isn't bad, just a dirt road, but we arrived peacefully in our sedan. The bay itself is beautiful and clean, with a rocky shore, and swimming was very enjoyable. For a small fee (50 TL per person), you can use the restroom, shower, and sink. While not clean, they do serve the purpose of camping. It's a bit windy, so it's worth keeping this in mind. With the right equipment and the right location, I don't think there will be any problems. My advice is to camp further inland, behind the bushes, where it's more sheltered from the wind. Apart from that, the user profile we encountered was disturbing. The fisherman who provided the toilet and bathroom was quite insistent and disruptive. He frequently came up to us while we were eating dinner and insisted we join the campfire they'd lit. Perhaps if he hadn't been drunk, his tone wouldn't have been so offensive, but we didn't appreciate his insistence, even though we refused. You can go there for swimming, but I don't think we would choose it again for camping.
It gets really hot for those who are going camping in the summer, and when we went there was an extraordinary wind, the tent could barely stay in place, the soil is extremely dusty, and we are talking about constantly flying dust, and the sea is rocky, and it can easily cut your feet if you go in without shoes. It would be more logical to go in the fall.
The sea is clean, not crowded, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The disadvantages are the bad roads and the sea is very rocky.
The sea is beautiful, but very cold. Those who don't like cold water may not like it. And water shoes are a must. As you can see in the video I posted, the sea is rocky. You can't walk barefoot in and out. The campsite is very good; most of it has grass like an astroturf pitch, while some areas are more like grass. There are restrooms and water. It's free. Phone reception isn't great, but you can get enough signal to make calls and play music. Otherwise, you won't be able to connect to social media. Please keep it clean.
