Sultankoy has become like our home. It's a place where I've spent two weeks at a time, every two years. In the mornings, it's a pleasant, clean beach with clear water, but in the afternoon, the profile changes, and the water becomes dirty. I couldn't understand how small plastics, invisible in the morning, suddenly appeared in the afternoon. We observed that summer vacationers preferred the morning, while day trippers preferred the afternoon.
The sea is sandy and doesn't get deep quickly, you might get bitten by small fish, so don't leave your feet on the bottom for too long :)
The beach is not wide, in fact we can say it is a bit narrow.
In the summer of 2024, 2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella are 400₺. The municipality staff is very kind.
Those staying at Athena Premium Hotels can easily reach the beach via the elevator and greenway. There is no difficulty.
has many fans.

Edit2024: We arrived on a choppy day in September, and the sea was still shallow. The spring water mixes with the water on the left, sometimes making us feel both cold and warm at the same time. The fish are also known for their stinging abilities. I think the tiny fish kept biting because my mother had a wound. You can hear people complaining about being bitten all the time in the sea.
It's a visually stunning beach :) You can rent umbrellas, towels, or sun loungers. However, because it's not very large, it's usually very crowded. It's also incredibly shallow :) It's nice to have tea in the tea gardens overlooking the bay and grab a bite to eat at the 'squeeze' restaurant. We walked from Ayaş, but you can also drive. You park at the top and descend the stairs.

It's one of the ideal bays for an early morning swim. It's a small, sandy bay on the Silifke-Mersin road. This bay, visible from the road, boasts crystal-clear waters and a sandy beach of fine, golden sand. Boasting pristine Mediterranean waters, the water doesn't deepen quickly.
The clean and beautiful beach makes it a great playground for young children. Its location away from the road also makes this little bay very safe.

I visited and swam at four beaches in Erdemli: Topraksu, Limonlu, Kocahasan, and this one. This is by far the most beautiful. The water is clean, the sand is fine, and there are no rocks. It's also shallow, making it suitable for children and non-swimmers. The people are well-mannered, and there's no one messing around or littering. It's perfect for families.

Some might say it's bad, but I think it's good: the cold spring water flowing into the sea. It's not too cold; it's just right. There's a municipal kiosk and a few other businesses here; prices are reasonable, and transportation is easy. The umbrellas and sunbeds are also municipally owned and available. We didn't know the price, as we just sat under the tree. Restrooms, a washing area, and changing rooms are free. We loved it, and it wasn't crowded at night.

The sea is beautiful, doesn't get deep quickly, and is very clean. The municipal kiosk sells delicious snacks at reasonable prices. Erhan, the beach manager, is very friendly and attentive to everyone, resolving any issues quickly. His team is equally attentive and cheerful.
