The weather was quite windy, and the water was cold, so I couldn't stay in the sea for long. The beach is beautiful but poorly maintained. We arrived around 10 a.m. on a weekday, it was very quiet, but it got a bit crowded around noon. I can't imagine it on the weekends. The water is clean and clear, and I really liked it. Just bring your food and water with you when you come, there are no markets here.

It's a beautiful beach, like a swimming pool. It's very clear, but it can get cold and windy. There are no waves; the sea is calm.

After arriving at the Bamboo Beach Club, turn right (keep the bamboo on your left) and continue a little further until you reach the public beach. It was a bit difficult for us to find it. There's no public beach sign.

We drove from Istanbul, and Altınkum Beach truly exceeded our expectations. The sea is crystal clear, warm, and perfectly suited for children. It remains shallow for extended periods, a great advantage for families. The sand is fine and soft, making it a pleasure to walk on. Its natural beauty remains unspoiled, and the atmosphere is peaceful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed it and we recommend it to anyone visiting Izmir.

It's one of Türkiye's best public beaches. Access is limited to the areas between the paid beaches. There are parking spaces. I recommend entering from the right and left of Seaside Beach. If you're coming from Alaçatı, go via Çiftlikköy, not Ovacık. You can even find Seaside Beach by following the road. I recommend checking the weather forecast. If the wind is southerly, it'll be choppy. In that case, Ilıca or Pırlanta beaches will be calm.

This is a beautiful place, with crystal clear water. However, two new beaches have opened this summer, nestled within the public beach, leaving it quite limited. Even though we went on a weekday, the beach seemed incredibly crowded. There weren't many people, but the space is limited. Also, definitely go here in August or September, and on a calm day. Otherwise, it's freezing. Even though we went in July, it was freezing. Bring your own umbrella and sunbed. There was constant construction behind the beaches, and construction equipment was constantly honking in the parking lot, forcing car owners to pull back and forth. We didn't really enjoy it. But 5 stars for the beauty of the water. If you're looking for a place where you can comfortably hang out with your family all day, unfortunately, this isn't the place anymore. But it's worth a try for a few hours of in-between.
