Filyos Beach is a truly special place, both for its natural beauty and historical heritage. The old railway line, located at the end of the beach and extending towards the sea, is a true testament to the past. This structure was once crucial for industry and transportation. Although it is no longer in use today, it adds a unique character to the area. The cancellation of the railway section extending to the sea seems like a wise decision, made for environmental reasons. Preserving Filyos's natural beauty while preserving its history is the region's greatest asset. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, and yet meaningful destination, be sure to visit.

The restaurant and restrooms are a bit lacking, but the beach is incredibly beautiful. Despite being a public beach, it's spotlessly clean. If you're going to Safranbolu or Amasra, be sure to stop by. The road is a bit winding, though. A little patience is essential, and the view is quite satisfying.

The sea is beautifully clear and calm. Even at 7 a.m., it's not that cold; I think it will warm up better in the afternoon. If you could bring food for our little friends who greet you when you arrive, they'd be very happy. Please don't leave our trash on the beach.

A quiet, peaceful city, dating back to the ancient city of 3000 BC. Despite the factory's closure and dilapidated houses, it has become a municipality despite its small population. It's accessible by train. We loved the sweet dogs (we tried to feed them as much as we could, and the people loved them, and we were very happy. This is what befits our beautiful Turkish people), the crystal-clear blue sea, and the beautiful artists and tradespeople.
