The most convenient way to get there is by following the path from the picnic area to the bay. I don't recommend using the roadside route provided by the navigation system from the fire roads. It's important to have sturdy slippers to avoid any walking difficulties. It's possible to access the bay from the sea with a snorkel and fins. However, the headwind in the morning can be a bit tiring. The westernmost end of the bay is wind-free, making it a pleasant place to swim. The sea water is very clear. The beach is generally pebbly, and the sea deepens about 10 meters from the shore. Good swimming skills are essential for a pleasant experience in this bay. It's a fun and beautiful place.

Maybe other avenues will open in the future, but this is the situation as of July 2025.
Because access is difficult, it's not very crowded. The sea is a bit rocky, so you might need water shoes in some places. But they're not absolutely necessary.
You can visit for its quietness and tranquility. In fact, in my opinion, it's perfect for camping. You can spend a wonderful night alone with nature and the sea, away from the crowds. But of course, transportation is also a factor.
In the past, a significant part of this bay was full of trees, but unfortunately, due to a fire that broke out in the past, there are not many trees left now, and the ones that are are still small.

It's a beautiful bay, and there's no one there because it's difficult to get to. The road is damaged by floods, the slope is steep, and off-road vehicles can't go there. You can't go there with a caravan. I went down with a motorcycle, and I won't go there again. The beach is pebbly, and the sea gets deep quickly.

To get there, we walked from the Sarıgöl picnic area with our two children, ages 7 and 10. The difficulty is 3 out of 5, but the path is quite risky in places; we walked in about 15 minutes. I recommend wearing non-slip shoes. The sea is like a calm pool, with slightly smaller stones that deepen quickly, and the water is clear and very cool. There are no trees, so I don't know if an umbrella would be suitable.

To get there, you need to drive to the Sarıgöl picnic and camping area, leave your car there, and walk for 10 minutes on a rough road up the mountain slope to reach the bay.
So, the less you pack, the better. The roads behind the bay are closed. If you use Google Maps, it will take you down a narrow path, and after a short distance, you'll see that the path leads to a dead end. Therefore, it's easier to simply enter the Sarıgöl picnic area and reach the bay from there. Other routes may open in the future, but this is the situation as of July 2025.
