The wonderful staff and amenities made for a relaxing stay. The food was great and available for a good amount of time each day. The pools weren't crowded and were well staffed with lifeguards. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

You were probably looking for a package holiday and this hotel came up. It looked great and was all inclusive, so why not! This review is for you. I initially went to this hotel with very high expectations, but it didn't meet my expectations and here's why: - I arrived at night on the first night, the room was too close to the street, it was very noisy and I didn't sleep well. - I spoke to them in the morning and they indeed moved me to another room with a better view, but guess what? There was no wifi in the room. - NO WIFI FOR A WEEK ‼️‼️ I tried to contact them and they said "we'll reboot the router". Anyway, let's go to the pool and relax, guess what again. ALL THE SUNBEDS have been reserved with towels every day since 7am ‼️ The disappointment doesn't end there. The animation at the pool was very loud, really loud, you could even hear the room. Non-stop noise all day. - Is that it? No. The buffet, while acceptable, consists of the same dishes every day and there are almost no meat options. It's often very oily and full of saturated fat, which can be quite upsetting if you don't have a stomach of steel. For the price, the overall experience was unacceptable. And it wasn't a relaxing holiday at all. The food was acceptable but disappointing. The service was very mediocre. Finally, the beach, although advertised as the hotel's private beach, is just a public area with sun loungers, and the water is very murky.

This place is a perfect 5 out of 5. The food and drinks are good, and the staff are wonderful. The cleaners, restaurant, bar, and reception are all very friendly. The location is right next to the beach, and the pools are amazing. A few negative points I have to mention are the wait time at check-in and the bed was a bit hard for me, but I'm getting older. The entertainment is good, and overall, it's a safe, family-friendly atmosphere. I'll definitely be back with my demanding teenagers, so the place must be good.

We've stayed at the Iberostar Founty Beach 7-8 times over the past 6-7 years, and it's been wonderful to see how much the service and food quality have improved. The buffet now offers a wide variety of options, and the food is consistently excellent. The location is excellent – very close to the beach, which is a big plus. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and there's usually plenty of space in the dining area, even at busy times. The afternoon tea is a nice touch – the fresh doughnuts are a hit! However, the 4-5pm service time does result in long queues. It would be great if they served earlier or had more staff to reduce the wait. There are still a few things that could be improved: the room lighting is quite dim and could definitely be improved. Also, although we booked a double room, we were given two single beds next to each other, which caused us to have a bad night's sleep. Finally, it would be more inclusive for many guests if the hotel made sure the buffet was free of pork. Another minor issue is the poolside lounge chairs – they're often "booked" with towels early in the morning and left unused for hours. The hotel needs to manage this better so everyone has an equal opportunity to relax by the pool. Overall, despite a few areas for improvement, this is a hotel we'll return to again and again, and we highly recommend it for its location, food, and excellent service.
